McKinley Capital Management is a global growth specialist founded in 1990 by Robert B. Gillam, who remains today its President and Chief Investment Officer. Our investment process is founded on the basic tenets of Modern Portfolio Theory (MPT). A single investment process drives all of our product strategies. We can be described as a bottom-up growth manager employing both a systematic screening process and a qualitative overview to construct and manage non-U.S., global, and U.S. based growth equity portfolios.
