Commerce Overseas Corporation

Commerce Overseas Corp. (C0C), founded in 1967, provides spare parts to support US military aircraft, most of which are located overseas. COC maintains a licensee agreement with Northrop Grumman to provide spares for F-5, T-38, and A-7 Corsair aircraft. COC licensee agreement included access to Northrop drawings and process specifications, and engineering and technical assistance.
