Landmark Aviation Services, a subsidiary of General Electric, is the leading provider of business aviation services including airframe, engines, avionics, modifications and completions.
Landmark Aviation is a Class 4 Repair Station that performs up to Phase 5 inspections on all Cessna citation aircraft, all hourly and calendar inspections on the Bombardier/Lear Jet up to the 2400 hour and 12 year inspection, all calendar inspections on Gulfstream II, and IV up to the 72 month inspection, and all inspections applicable to the Sabreliner aircraft. The Springfield facility has the capaility of major airframe inspections on all leading manufacturers including all Allied Signal, Rolls Royce, Pratt & Whitney and General Electric powered aircraft. Our Joint Aviation Authority (JAA) rating makes us an attractive source of maintenance for the European market. Landmark Aviation is also an FAA approved Designated Alternation Station (DASIGI). This enables us to design, review and sign-off our own STC\nulls.
As the exclusive Allied Signal Factory-Sponsored Service and Support Facility on the TFE731 engine, we perform over 200 MPI\nulls and 100 CZI\nulls each year. Landmark Aviation is also the exclusive Allied Signal Factory-Sponsored Service and Support Facility on the TPE331 engine, performing midlife hot section inspections, gearbox inspections, TBO extension, and other unscheduled requirements of our customers.
Our Avionics experts design and engineer high tech, state-of-the-art avionics packages that are perfectly configured to our customers needs. We are skilled at designing and installing Collins, Bendix/King and Honeywell EFIS and autopilots, Universal and Global long range nav equipment, GPWS, GPS, TCAS II, SAT/COM and Flightfone/Fax installations to name a few. Landmark Aviation is also the industry leader in the installation of the Collins Proline 4 package in the Falcon 50.
Our designers help our customers to integrate any image into each interior with options like pleated window shades, plated hardware, membrane switching, fiber optic lighting, custom materials and much more. Our wood shop builds new cabinetry from lightweight nomex core material that meets the FAA burn requirements. Our designers also help our customers with their exterior image as well, with computer-generated paint schemes. Recently, we just opened our new state-of-the-art exterior Paint facility to handle all exterior painting requests.
