Eastman & Beaudine, Inc. is a management consulting firm specializing in retained executive search and selection. Our clients are both domestic and multi-national companies and vary in size from those with less than $1 million in annual sales to multibillion dollar organizations.
Since 1967, when Eastman & Beaudine, Inc. was founded, we have seen many changes in the nature and practice of business and, by necessity, changes in the skills required to manage those businesses. The techniques for executive recruitment have also changed, through a process of refinement tuned to shifts within industries as well as the emergence of entire new areas of business activities. Over the years our international relationships have been broadened and strengthened and simultaneously we have sought new areas of expertise as we have expanded professional staff in our domestic offices.
We remain convinced, however, that the human element is still the most significant factor in any business enterprise and that quality of performance is the most important ingredient in successful executive recruitment.
