IASCO


IASCO, in partnership with Japan Airlines (JAL, began flight training at the Napa Flight Crew Training Center in 1971. Today, IASCO employees manage and staff the facility under contract with JAL. IASCO currently has 100 employees on staff at our Napa, California location.

The Napa Flight Crew Training Center\nulls mission is to produce high quality, entry-level airline pilots for Japan Airlines. Over the past 35 years IASCO has successfully trained over 2,400 JAL pilots, flying in excess of 500,000 accident/fatality free flight hours on a Monday through Friday training schedule. Our training fleet is air conditioned and currently consists of twenty-two A36 Bonanzas and eleven B58 Barons.
