Institute of Transportation Studies

The National Center of Excellence for Aviation Operations Research is a multi university research consortium, headquartered at the University of California at Berkeley, and also includes The Massachusetts Institute of Technology, The University of Maryland, and Virginia Tech. NEXTOR conducts research on a broad range of air transportation and air traffic management issues, with funding from the FAA and industry partners.
