Dean Baldwin Painting, Inc.
Dean Baldwin Painting, Inc. is a woman-owned, small, privately held business specializing in aircraft strip and paint services. Our corporation has been the primary paint provider for thirty-five years, at Miami International Airport (prior to its closure December 31, 2003), servicing customers such as Avborne, Inc. (formerly Professional Modification Services), Commodore Aviation Services and others.
In 1999 we expanded our operation and acquired a "State-of-the-Art" 170,000 sq. ft. aircraft strip and refinish facility with five temperature controlled bays and utilization of independent integral waste management and air filtration systems, conveniently located in Roswell, New Mexico. This facility has had continued steady growth having a 30% annual increase in sales for the past three years and employment of 170+ full time employees.
We further expanded our operation on July 2003 when we were awarded a long-term contract with San Antonio Aerospace. We provide them our strip/paint services for all paint requirements at their facility; employment is presently at 45+ full time personnel. Our Roswell facility is a Certified HUB ZONE Small Business and a Department of Defense Approved Strip and Paint Facility. Dean Baldwin Painting Inc. has government approved Flight and Ground Operating Procedures. Our Roswell, New Mexico facility is an F.A.A. Approved Repair Station, license #D5XR212Y, and we offer complete in-house capabilities for all aircraft up to MD-11. We are currently in the process of becoming third-party ISO Registered to ISO 9001:2000.
